As you travel to the clearing, you notice a large and rather intimidating stag blocking your way to the clearing. He stares down at you, seeming to examine every bit of you he can see.

"I suppose you've come to see the young we are looking to have adopted," he says in a matter of fact way. "I am Antoine, Guardian of those that dwell here. Please take care here and do not make any sudden or loud sounds. There are others grazing near here."

Without waiting for a response from you, he turns gracefully and walks silently off into the clearing.
